Tenders Are Invited For Operation Of A Biomass Heating Plant In Czarna Woda

1. The Scope Of Operation Of The Biomass Heating Plant Includes In Particular: 1) Operation And Maintenance Of The Equipment In Compliance With The Highest Standards, 2) Provision Of All Services Related To The Operation Of The Boiler Plant According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, 3) Maintaining The Technical Condition And Operation Of The Equipment In Accordance With All Standards, Directives, Regulations, Laws And Requirements In Force In Poland Regarding: Fire Prevention, Building Safety, Occupational Health And Safety, Environment And Aesthetics.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz Technological Description Of The Biomass Boiler Room In Czarna Woda And In Annex No. 8 To The Swz Scope Of Operation And Maintenance Activities.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Law, Technical Knowledge, The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party, And Arrangements With The Ordering Party Made During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.4. Each Contractor May Inspect The Heating Plant Facility In Order To Check The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Tender And To Obtain Additional Information Necessary And Useful To Evaluate The Service, As The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Contract Is Excluded. The Costs Of Site Inspection Will Be Borne By The Contractor.5. The Basic Obligations Of The Contractor In Terms Of Service Include: 1) Taking Over The Boiler Room From The Ordering Party With The Boiler Room Handover Protocol And Simultaneously Taking Over Full Responsibility For Their Proper Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations During The Period Covered By The Contract, 2) The Contractor Having Appropriate Insurance Contracts Against Damage And Bearing Full Liability For Damages And Losses Resulting From Improper Operation And Negligence In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, 3) In The Event Of The Above-Mentioned Damages (Failures), The Ordering Party With The Participation Of The Contractors Representative Will Estimate Their Size And Amount On The Basis Of A Damage (Failure) Report Prepared Each Time; In The Report, The Parties Must Specify The Probable Causes Of The Failure (Damage) And The Party To The Contract Responsible For Its Occurrence; The Protocol Must Be Accepted By Both Parties To The Contract; Damage Caused By The Contractors Fault Should Be Repaired In Kind By Him, 4) Continuous (During The Heating Season) Supply Of Heat Energy To Recipients With Appropriate Parameters In Accordance With The Temperature Table, 5) Having Persons Capable Of Executing The Order, Necessarily Having Valid Qualification Certificates, 6) Employing Service Staff In A Number Ensuring The Safety Of Service Staff, Continuity Of The Heat Energy Production Process, Appropriate Parameters And Failure-Free O
