1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of One-Dish Lunches For A Maximum Of 300 Students Of The Primary School In Rydzyna In The School Year 2026-2027. As Part Of The Proceedings, Lunches Will Be Provided Only To Students Of The Primary School In Rydzyna, Who Will Only Bear The Cost Of The So-Called Feed Into The Boiler. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made One-Dish Dinners, In The Period From September 2, 2026 To June 25, 2027, For Students Of The Primary School In Rydzyna, I.E.: A) 4 Times A Week Lunch Consisting Of The So-Called Second Course, B) Lunch Consisting Of Soup + Bread Once A Week. If There Are Fewer Than 5 School Days In A Week (Due To Holidays Or Public Holidays), It Is Also Permissible To Prepare And Deliver Soup. 2. The Primary School In Rydzyna Has A School Canteen Where Lunches Should Be Delivered. Delivery Of Meals From The Production Site To The School Canteen Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor At Its Expense. The School Has Its Own Tableware (Plates, Cutlery).3. The School Is Responsible For All Organizational Matters Related To The Direct Provision Of Meals To Children Using The School Canteen Services. The Costs Related To Serving Lunches, Washing Dishes, And Cleaning The Canteen Will Be Borne By The School - These Costs Should Not Be Included In The Calculation Of The Lunch Price.4. In The Offer Form, The Contractor Should Indicate The Net And Gross Price Of 1 Lunch And The Total Price.
