The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. Promotional Materials Must Meet The Requirements Contained In Annex 1A To Swz.3. As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, The Contractor Must Include In The Price Of The Subject Of The Order The Costs Of Execution, Packaging, Delivery And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New And Have A Safety Certificate In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard - In Accordance With The Promotional Materials For Which The Regulations Require Such A Certificate.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Be Brought To The Room Designated By The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In Point. 9.6. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Involves Comprehensive Development And Agreement With The Ordering Party Of The Graphic Design Of Promotional Materials (In Particular Their Content And Appearance) And Their Execution Based On The Approved Graphic Design. 7. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.8. The Contractor Must Offer The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order With The Offer.9. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Is: Ten [10] Business Days From The Date Of Electronic Submission To The Contractor Of The Ordering Partys Acceptance Of The Proposal (Draft) Of Promotional Materials.10. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 9 Is The Maximum Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order. In The Offer, The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order, But Not Less Than Two [2] Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
