The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Chodów Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste To Municipal Installations And To Transfer Selectively Collected Municipal Waste To Waste Recovery And Disposal Installations In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Transport Of Collected Waste To Waste Recovery And Neutralization Installations Or Municipal Waste Processing Installations Or Replacement Installations.
