The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Provided In The Wielgie Commune, In The Recipients Place Of Residence. Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Are Adapted To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided Based On An Administrative Decision, In Accordance With The Agreed Scope For Each Patient. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday From 8.00 To 19.00. The Therapeutic Hour Is 60 Minutes. A Group Of Approximately 17 Beneficiaries Is Expected To Receive Specialized Care Services Per Month. Under The Contract, The Ordering Party Envisages The Provision Of Approximately 746 Hours Of Specialized Care Services. Therefore, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Specialist Care Services Commissioned To The Contractor. An Order To Perform A Smaller Number Of Hours Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor Against The Ordering Party.
