Meals Must Contain At Least 1,200 Calories, With The Following Composition: Rice, Beans, At Least One Type Of Garnish, Salad, Which May Be Raw, Cooked Vegetable Or Sauteed, Minimum Portion Of 100G Of Protein, Being Beef, Pork And/Or Chicken, The Percentage For Supplies Of 60% Beef Or Pork, 30% Chicken Meat And 10% Egg Must Prevail.
