The Purchased Fuel And Lubricant In The Form Of Gasoline Of A Grade Not Lower Than Ai-92 And Is Provided To The Customer Using Coupons And Fuel Cards At Gas Stations (Hereinafter Referred To As Gas Stations) Of The Supplier In A Volume Of At Least 3000 Liters. Upon Expiration Of The Coupons And Card, Guarantee The Possibility Of Exchanging Coupons And Cards, Or Extending The Validity Period With An Extension Until The Available Volume Of Gasoline Is Fully Used. The Supplier Must Have Operating Gas Stations Owned By It, Located Within The City Of Almaty And The Talgar District Of The Almaty Region. The Supplier Must Submit, Along With The Price Offer, A List Of Gas Stations Located Within The City Of Almaty And A Copy Of The License Confirming The Right Of The Potential Supplier To Sell Fuels And Lubricants. The Total Cost Of The Product Must Include All Actual Costs Of The Potential Supplier That Make Up The Final Price Of The Product. The Price Cannot Be Changed Upward Until The Customer Has Used The Entire Volume. This Volume Of Purchased Gasoline Should Be Divided Into Two Cards (Coupons) Of At Least 1300 Liters And 1700 Liters.
