A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Duration Of 4 Years For The Purchase Of Technical Services For Operation And Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Thermal, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations For The Building In B-Dul Regina Elisabeta, No. 47, Sector 5 – Headquarters Of Bucharest City Hall And For The Building In B-Dul Regina Elisabeta, No. 42, Sector 5 – Information And Documentation Center For Public Relations The Framework Agreement Will Run For A Period Of 4 Years (48 Months). The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator. A Minimum Of 4 Subsequent Contracts And A Maximum Of 12 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Throughout The Duration Of The Framework Agreement. Frequency Of Awarding Subsequent Contracts: Minimum 1/Year; Maximum 3/Year. The Award Of Subsequent Contracts Is Done Without Resuming The Competition. The Estimated Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 4,158,622.00 Lei Without Vat. The Minimum Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 663,193.00 Lei Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract That Is Expected To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is 1,035,367.00 Lei Without Vat; The Estimated Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract That Is Expected To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is 177,557.00 Lei Without Vat.
