The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Technical Supervision Services Of The Builder For The Investment Project Reconstruction Of The Central Library 1St, 3Rd And 4Th Np In The Všb-Tuo Campus. The Performance Of The Authorized Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Tds) Will Mainly Consist In The Control Of The Construction Implementation Process As A Whole, The Control Of The Quality Of The Work During The Construction Implementation (In Accordance With The Approved Project Documentation, Legal Regulations And Technical Standards), The Control Of The Construction Progress In Relation To The Individual Progressive Dates Of The Construction Schedule, The Control Of Construction Costs, The Management Of Document Management And The Management Of Activities, And The Supervision Of The Fulfillment Of The Contractual Obligations Of The Construction Contractor Towards The Client. Through Tds, The Contracting Authority As An Investor Fulfills Its Authority To Control The Progress And Quality Of Construction, Including Construction Costs.
