Descriptionsandnes Municipality At Sandnes Property, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client, Hereby Invites Competition For New Framework Agreements For Periodic Cleaning Services For The Municipalitys Own And Leased Homes, Apartments And Buildings. The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Cover The Need For Cleaning Tasks That Are Done Outside Of Normal Cleaning. The Assignment Will Mainly Consist Of The Following: - Washing Of Homes Upon Move-In And Move-Out And After Rehabilitation - Custom Cleaning (To Be Ordered Separately) The Client Intends To Enter Into Framework Agreements With 3 Suppliers In Priority Order, Provided There Are 3 Suitable Suppliers And Offers. The Assignment Is Described In More Detail In Part Ii Of The Contract Basis, With Attachments. Contract Value For The Framework Agreement (4 Years) Is Assumed To Be Approx. Nok 6 Million Excl. Vat Total Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period Is Nok 12 Million Excl. Vat The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 2 Years With An Option For A Further 1 + 1 Year.
