service Vehicles With Clean And Dirty Zone (Vans) . Descriptionbackground The Client Needs To Renew The Fleet Of Vehicles For Personnel Who Work With Housing Inspection And Sweeping. The Acquisition Is Being Carried Out As A Result Of New Requirements For Dividing The Vehicles Into Clean And Dirty Zones. The Purpose Is To Facilitate A Safer And More Appropriate Everyday Working Life, Including Reducing Exposure To Off-Gassing, Dust And Other Pollution From Equipment And Work Clothes Used In The Service. The Vehicles Must Be Used In Daily Operational Operations And Must Support The Safe Transport Of Personnel, Tools, Sweeping Equipment And Contaminated Equipment. There Is Therefore A Need For Vehicles And Furnishing Solutions That Collectively Provide Good Functionality, Practical Access, Satisfactory Ergonomics And Proper Handling Of Equipment In Line With The Needs Of The Business. Description Of The Assignment The Client Must Enter Into A Purchase Agreement For The Delivery Of 11 Vans In Large Box Van Design, Fully Furnished With A 3-Part Solution For Clean And Dirty Zones. The Delivery Must Include Complete Vehicles With Adapted Furnishings And Necessary Equipment For The Clients Use. The Budget For The Acquisition Is Estimated At Between Nok 6,300,000 Ex. Vat And Nok 7,800,000 Ex. Vat, Among Other Things Depending On The Sale Of Existing Cars. The Client Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Scope Of The Procurement Within The Framework Of What Follows From The Procurement Regulations, Among Other Things As A Result Of Changed Needs, Unit Price (Reduced Number Of Cars), Financial Framework Conditions Or Organizational Conditions. Reservations Related To Price, Including Currency Reservations, Must Be Clearly And Unambiguously Stated And Priced. Reservations That Cannot Be Assessed Or That Cause Uncertainty In The Evaluation May Lead To Rejection, Cf. Foa § 24-8. There Is A Demand For Vehicles With Characteristics That Make Them Suitable For Daily Service Use, Including Good Capacity, Sufficient Payload With Full Equipment And Accessibility Adapted To Varied Operating Conditions. The Furnishing Solution Must Be Functional For Handling And Separating Clean And Contaminated Equipment, And At The Same Time Support Safe And Ergonomic Use In Everyday Working Life. The Procurement Also Includes Furnishings That Provide Appropriate Storage And Practical Access To Equipment And Work Materials. More Detailed Requirements For Vehicles, Furnishings, Performance And Delivery Can Be Found In The Requirements Specification. The Stated Volume Is An Estimate, And The Client Can Reduce Or Increase The Scope Within What Follows From The Procurement Regulations. Delivery Must Take Place To Rogaland Fire And Rescue (Rbr) In Sandnes.
