Descriptionthis Framework Agreement Shall Cover Midt-Telemark Municipalitys Needs For The Purchase Of Groceries/Food From Local Grocery Stores With A Physical Outlet/Grocery Store In Midt-Telemark Municipality. The Agreement Must Be Used By Smaller Units In The Municipality, For Example Nurseries, Schools And Other Departments. The Agreement Does Not Include Fresh Meat/Fish From The Fresh Produce Counter, Flowers And Fresh Bakery Products. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Sub-Tenders: Sub-Tender 1 – Delivery Of Food To The Municipalitys Units This Sub-Tender Concerns The Purchase Of Food To Be Delivered To The Municipalitys Units, For Example Nurseries, Schools And Other Departments. The Supplier Must Have A Physical Outlet/Grocery Store In Midt-Telemark Municipality. In This Sub-Competition, It May Also Be Relevant For Employees To Shop Directly In The Store If Necessary, For Example If The Unit Runs Out Of Certain Goods Before The Next Scheduled Delivery, Or An Unforeseen Need Arises. The Delivery Points Are Stated In Appendix 4 - Delivery Points. Some Of The Units Need Weekly Delivery, While Others Have More Occasional Needs. It Must Also Be Possible For Certain Units To Receive Delivery Several Times Per Week. Sub-Competition 2 – Purchase Directly In Store This Sub-Competition Applies To Purchases Where Employees Of The Municipality Themselves Shop Directly In Store. The Supplier Must Have A Physical Outlet/Grocery Store In Midt-Telemark Municipality. It Is Possible To Make Offers For One Or Both Sub-Competitions. Each Sub-Competition Is Assessed Separately. If The Supplier Wishes To Make An Offer For Both Sub-Competitions, The Supplier Must Submit Offers In Both Sub-Competitions In Artifik. This Means That All Documents And Forms To Be Completed Must Be Submitted For Each Sub-Competition. It Is Not Enough To Submit An Offer In One Sub-Competition And Write That The Offer Must Also Apply To The Other Sub-Competition.
