This Acquisition Concerns Housing, And Includes Approximately 200,000 M² And Approximately 220 Buildings. The Mapping Is Carried Out Based On Ns 3424:2012/G2:2020 And The Registrations Are Built Up According To Ns 3451:2022 Building Sub-Table And System Code Table For Buildings And Associated Outdoor Areas. The Mapping Must Result In One Final Report Per Property/Building, And Bkes Own Templates For Reporting Must Be Used And Entered Into Plania. The Purpose Of The Condition Report Is To Get An Overview Of The Backlog In The Building Stock. Together With Proposals For Measures With Costs, This Should Form The Basis For A 10-Year Maintenance Plan For Each Property. The Client Has Assessed The Climate And Environmental Impact Associated With This Acquisition Of Consulting Engineering Services. The Services Mainly Consist Of Consultancy And Analysis Services, And The Procurement By Its Nature Has A Climate Footprint And An Environmental Impact That Is Insignificant, Cf.
