Tenders are invited for Construction of a Modern Conference Centre and Two (2) Suspended Floors of Offices at the NHRCs Abuja Municipal Office (Amo) Complex, Karu, Fct. 5. COLLECTION TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective and interested companies are to collect the Tender documents from the Office of the Head of Procurement at the Headquarters of the Commission 19 Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 only per Lot, paid into the National Human Rights Commissions Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, from June 4th to 22nd, 2026. 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective and interested companies are to submit tender documents in soft copies (financial bids in editable format) and two (2) hard copies each of technical and financial bids packaged in separate sealed envelopes and clearly marked with Technical Bid and Financial Bid addressed to the undersigned, and clearly marked with the name of the project. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop at the designated tender box at National Human Rights Commission, Office of the Head Procurement, 19 Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama Abuja, not later than 12:00 noon, 22nd June, 2026 (during working hours of 9.00am 4.00pm daily except on weekends and public holidays). Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register in the office of the Head of Procurement as stated in paragraph 6 above, as the Commission will not be liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. Any document submitted after this deadline of 12.00 noon on Monday 22nd June, 2026 shall be rejected. 10. CLOSING DATE / BID OPENING Submission closes at 12:00 noon, Monday, 22nd June, 2026. Technical bids will be opened immediately thereafter at NHRC Headquarters, No. 19 Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja, in the presence of bidders or representatives and observers. 11. IMPORTANT NOTICE This re-advertisement supersedes the earlier advertisement of 9th March, 2026 published in the Daily Trust Newspaper, The Authority Newspaper, and the Federal Tenders Journal. All previously submitted bids are null and void, and bidders are required to submit fresh bids under this notice.
