It Is Used By Schools And Clubs And May Be Expanded To Two Permanent Clubs In The Future. The Tennis Court No Longer Meets The Current Hamburg Standards For Sports Activities Taking Place There. Therefore, The Surface Should Be Demolished And A Large Synthetic Turf Playing Field Suitable For Competitions Plus Paths And Green Areas Should Be Created. The Structure And The Required Drainage Must Be Planned Based On The Subsoil Report. The Irrigation System Must Be Dismantled And Not Restored. The Well Must Be Removed And Closed By A Qualified Specialist Company. The Surrounding Fixtures Must Be Replaced.
