The Objective Of The Equipment Is To Produce Thin Films Of Perovskite (Pk) On Textured G12 Silicon Wafers (210 × 210 Mm²) Using A Reproducible, Conformal And Homogeneous Deposition Process. The Contract Comprises The Following Phases: - Firm Phase: Studies For The Production Of Pre-Industrial Equipment Intended For The Physical Vapor Deposition Of Precursors Used In Perovskite-Based Absorbers For Photovoltaic Research, - Optional Phase: Production And Supply Of Said Equipment.
