Travel Agency And Similar Services – Travel Agency Services (Accommodation, Transport Tickets) Relating To The Organization Of Seminars And/Or Gatherings For The Benefit Of Eda Clients. The Contract Takes The Form Of A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Split Services With Purchase Orders, Single-Award, With No Minimum And With A Maximum Amount Of 12,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax (I.E. An Annual Budget Estimated At 3,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax). This Maximum Amount Is Set For The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Including Possible Renewal Periods, According To The Conditions Mentioned In Article 3.6 Of This Document. The Framework Agreement Takes Effect From 09/01/2026 For A Period Of One (1) Year; This Date Constitutes The Anniversary Date Of The Market. It Is Tacitly Renewable Three (3) Times, Twelve (12) Months. Orders Are Issued Until The Last Day Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement.
