Domestic Furniture - Furnishing Of Municipal Shelter Homes For Displaced Persons From Ukraine - Municipality Of Rijswijk. The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude One Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Ready-To-Use Delivery Of Shelter Housing For Ukrainian Displaced Persons. The Assignment Includes The Furnishing Of 36 Homes Within A Residential Complex (Phase 2) And A Varying Influx Of One (1) To Four (4) Independent Homes Per Month. The Contractor Is Responsible For Supplying, Installing, Assembling And Managing The Entire Furnishings, Including Tv And Internet Facilities, Tailored To The Type Of Home And The Number Of Residents. For Independent Homes, The Service Also Includes Key Management And The Performance Of Incidental, Home-Dependent Work. The Total Estimated Value Including Extension Options Is €4,240,000 Excluding Vat Over Four Years.
