Tenders are invited for IT Local Support Service The Agency has adopted a predominantly outsourcing strategy for its IT operations for the last 20 years. This has ensured a stable service provision and the achievement of some of the traditional benefits associated with an outsourced service model such as control of cost and resources.The current IT outsourcing contracts for the esait End User Services and Operations are mainly based on a framework of three main existing contracts managed by corresponding Service Providers:- esait Unified Service Desk;-Workplace Back-office services such as device management;- IT Local Support service.As part of the consolidation of the IT outsourcing strategyaimed at improving the quality and the efficiency of the services and related customer orientation in the delivery of IT services to end-users, the end-user Division of the esait Department has decided to re-tender the IT Local Support service.
