Request for proposals for Website Development and Equipment Provision Support on Data Information Management of the Directorate of Social Forestry Enterprise Development, Indonesia Title : Website Development and Equipment Provision Support on Data Information Management of the Directorate of Social Forestry Enterprise Development, Indonesia Reference : 100015941 Process : RFP Description : GGGI Indonesia Country Office is inviting eligible consulting firms or a consortium of firms to submit their proposals for the following scope of work: PROJECT BACKGROUND: Indonesia has committed to reducing its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 29% unconditionally and 41% conditionally by 2030 through its Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC). Approximately 60% of this target relies on interventions in the Agriculture, Forestry, and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector. The Ministry of Environment (MoE) has further operationalized this through the FOLU Net Sink 2030 strategy, targeting a reduction of 140 million tons of CO2e by 2030. In support of these national commitments, GGGI is implementing the Sustainable Landscape Investment Partnership in Indonesia, known as Kemitraan untuk Investasi dalam Bentang Alam Berkelanjutan di Indonesia (KIBAR), in collaboration with UKFCDO. The project aims to focus on enhancing natural capital and mobilizing public and private investments into sustainable forestry practices that significantly contribute to national FOLU Net Sink 2030 targets, focusing on strengthening social forestry with the Directorate General of Social Forestry, and the development of Multi-Usaha Kehutanan (MUK) or multi-purpose forestry businesses with the Directorate General of Sustainable Forest Management. GGGI supports the Directorate of Social Forestry Business Development (Dit. Pengembangan Usaha Perhutanan Sosial/PUPS), Directorate General of Social Forestry Ministry of Forestry, in social forestry development for targeted locations including enhance community business groups class transition, builds community capacity, and develops business opportunities. Despite the focus location, which will cover direct DG Social Forestry and GGGI sites such as East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, West Papua, the KIBAR Project will align spatial data to include Blended-Finance Model Project conducted by Indonesia Environment Fund (IEF) covering Aceh, West Sumatera, Bengkulu, Lampung, Yogyakarta, and East Java. ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVE: In this context, GGGI will facilitate and manage the procurement of a consulting firm or consultant (hereinafter referred to as Consultant) to develop a new official profile and public information website of the Directorate of Social Forestry Business Development (Direktorat Pengembangan Usaha Perhutanan Sosial/PUPS), including the procurement, setup, and configuration of supporting server infrastructure within the Directorates environment. The website and server infrastructure are intended to support the Directorate of PUPS digital information services and broader digital ecosystem, including existing applications, applications currently under development, and future applications related to the Directorates mandate, including GoKUPS-related applications where applicable. HOW TO OBTAIN THE DOCUMENTS: Documents can be accessed via the e-Green Procurement Portal by selecting View Details on the relevant notice and then clicking the Tender Application button.
