Quotation are invited for Food Supplying Service for the Nuwara Eliya Holiday Resort. Quotations are invited for the selection of an experienced service provider for maintaining, preparing and supplying of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to the inmates of the Holiday Resort of this Society that provides accommodation facilities for 50 persons situated in Bakers Farm area in Badulla Road in Nuwara Eliya. Applicant / Institution should have fulfilled a service period of at least three (03) years in preparation of food and beverages Contract period is 12 months and the extension of contract may be considered based on performance Should be able to prepare the menu for a week or month for the supply of food and should be able to maintain it Equipment / Utensils required for cooking and kitchen facilities will be provided by this Society Submission of Applications Application and instructions may be downloaded from the Societys website www.edcs.lk and applications may also be obtained by calling over at the Head Office, Holiday Resort and District Offices of the Society.
