Architectural Services For Buildings – Primary School In The Sindlinger Wiesen - Property Planning Buildings According To §34 Hoai, Lph2-9. The Elementary School In The Sindlinger Wiesen Is Currently Set Up With 304 Students And 15 Classes At 3.75 Times A Day. There Is Also An Intensive And A Preliminary Class With Around 30 Students. Two Smaller Residential Areas Will Be Implemented In The School Area, Which Will Increase The Schools Classroom Requirements With The Entrance Level To 18 Classrooms In The Future. The School Currently Has A Total Of 16 Classrooms Available For Teaching. The Main-Taunus District Has Taken Over Responsibility For Childcare For School Children For The 2023/24 School Year. The Care Currently Takes Place In Two Classrooms And In Rented Containers From The City Of Kelkheim, Some Of Which Are In Very Poor Structural Condition. The Very Small Cafeteria Is Also Housed In A Container, Which Is Not Sufficient In View Of The Legal Requirements And The Increasing Number Of Students. Due To Space Capacity, Only Around 48% Of Students Can Currently Receive Care. What Makes Matters Worse Is That The Capacity For Lunch Provision Is Already Inadequate And Therefore Not All Children In Care Can Receive Lunch. An Internal Feasibility Study Determined That A Structural Expansion With Approx. 1,374 M² Hnf Or 2,200 M² Gfa Could Create The Necessary Spatial Capacities For A 4.5-Class School Concept And 100% Care At The Location. The Expansion Is To Be Built And Promoted In Passive House Style. The Standards Of The Main-Taunus District Must Be Observed And Taken Into Account. The Building Should Be Barrier-Free. It Is Planned To Install A Cistern For Rainwater, Which Will Be Used To Flush Toilets. It Must Be Checked Whether The Heat Can Be Supplied Via The Existing Heating System. The Extension Will Have A Photovoltaic System On The Roof And On The Existing Building And An Elevator. A Central Ventilation System With Source Outlets And Heat Recovery Without Circulating Air Must Be Planned With Electronic Individual Room Control To Regulate The Room Temperature And The Air Volume For The Rooms Depending On The Co2 Concentration. Night Cooling Should Also Be Implemented. The Nshv Needs To Be Expanded. All Classrooms Have Sinks. A Cook And Chill Kitchen Should Be Planned To Provide Food. The Measure Is Carried Out During Ongoing Operations And Must Be Planned So That School Operations Can Continue. Since A Container Facility Has Already Been Built On The School Property As An Interim Measure, It Is Important To Keep The Schoolyard Area As Large As Possible And To Plan The Construction Site Area With Construction Site Equipment As Small As Possible. Due To The Construction Of The Extension, The Outlying Areas Have To Be Restructured And Built. The Area Of The Interim Measure Must Be Restored. The Provisionally Estimated Allowable Costs Are: Eur 6,340,168.58 Net. The Service Phases 1 And 2 (Proportionally) Were Calculated
