Bids Are Invited For Ppta 187-26 Dfl 36 Medical Hours Surgery Service

The Main Objective Of This Public Proposal Is The Purchase Of Medical Hours Service For The Surgery Service Of The Adult Surgical Responsibility Center, Which Seeks To Ensure Continuous Coverage Of Specialized Medical Care In The Face Of The Growing Demand For Hospitalization For Surgical Pathologies Of Varying Complexity, Through The Services Of General Physicians, In Training And Specialists, Given That There Are Not Enough Professionals To Meet The Demand For This Care, Which Is Intended To Provide Protection To The Public Health Of Users. In This Sense, Said Professionals Must Be Available To Provide Care To Patients 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Service. Its Implementation Will Improve The Resolution Capacity Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, Directly Benefiting Medium And High Complexity Patients Who Require Timely Care. Likewise, This Contract Will Guarantee The Continuity Of Medical Care In The Event Of Absences Of The Assigned Institutional Staff, Or When The Existing Staff Is Not Sufficient To Maintain The Quality Of The Service And The Adequate Clinical Management Of Patients. Having Said The Above, The Service Will Be Carried Out In The Hospital Premises, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, And According To Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1. The Respective Contract Will Be Subject To The Provisions Of Decree With Force Of Law No. 36, Of July 10, 1980 Of The Ministry Of Health And Its Modifications Introduced By Law No. 18,417, Only With Respect To Health Providers Who They Carry Out The Health Actions That They Are Responsible For Executing. In This Sense, The Health Actions Provider Will Be Obliged To Provide On Behalf Of And In The Name Of The Hospital, And Through Delegation, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Inc. 1 Of Art. 2 Of Dfl 3680 To The Beneficiaries Of The Health Benefits Regime Of Law No. 18,469, The Actions Of Prevention, Promotion, Recovery, Protection Or Health Rehabilitation That Are Tendered By This Act.
