The Purpose Of This Contract Corresponds To The Execution Of Comprehensive Dental Discharges For Beneficiaries Of The Comprehensive Dental Care Program For Men, In Accordance With The Current Technical Guidelines Of The Ministry Of Health And The Instructions Given By The Chanco Hospital. The Provider Must Execute All The Necessary Clinical Actions To Achieve The Status Of Comprehensive Dental Discharge For Patients Referred By The Hospital. For The Purposes Of This Agreement, Comprehensive Dental Discharge Will Be Understood As One That Includes All The Clinical Services Required To Comprehensively Resolve The Oral Health Condition Of The Beneficiary, And Must Consider A Minimum Of Five Clinical Sessions Per Patient.
