This Community Facility In Its Complete Design Covers An Area Of 2,114.57 M² Distributed In Two Independent Structural Volumes: Volume 1: Administrative Offices And Services + Concierge 348.04M² + 9.79M² 357.83M²: This Volume Will House The Administrative Offices And Services, With A Structure Made Of Metalcon C90 Galvanized Steel Profiles. Volume 2: Logistics Shed 1,756.74M²: Composed Of Three Independent Warehouses, Each With A Tubest-Type Structure And Perimeter Enclosures In Metalcon C90 Profiles. The Master Project Also Includes The Intervention Of 1,181 M² Of Outdoor Areas, Intended For Road Pavements, Parking Lots, Pedestrian Paths, And The Installation Of Ornamental Luminaires To Guarantee Universal Accessibility And Functionality Of The Interior Patio, In Addition To The Acquisition And Installation Of The Furniture, Artifacts And Equipment Necessary For The Full Functioning Of The Facilities. This Project Resumes The Project Published In Id 4956-81-Lr24, Which Terminated The Contract Early And It Was Not Possible To Carry Out Works On The Land.
