The Purpose Of This Bidding Competition Is To Call On Interested Parties To Present Their Offers For The Grant Of Custody Service For Vehicles Removed From Circulation Or Other Species, Commune Of Quinta Normal. The Description Of The Required Services Is Found In The Specifications Techniques Of This Proposal. The Contracting Period For The Services Will Be 3 Years (36 Months), Starting From The Date Established As The Start Of The Services. The Purpose Of The Service Is To Enable A Physical Surface Or Land(S) Intended For Custody Vehicles Removed From Circulation And The Transfer Service For All Light And Heavy Vehicles That Are Derived By The Local Police Court, Carabineros De Chile, Municipal Inspectors, Prosecutors And Any Competent Authority, Due To A Traffic Accident, Abandonment Or Other Causes, And Who Must Be Admitted To Said Municipal Parking Lots. The Concessionaire Must Also Consider The Removal And Transfer Service From The Current Parking Lot To The New Facility. Contracted And The Storage Of Goods, Species And Vehicles On The Land Provided For It, According To The Provisions In Traffic Law 18,290, As Well As The Subsequent Return To Its Owner, Person Or Entity Indicated By The Authority Competent Authority, After Payment Of The Services Provided, In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Bidding Rules. The Land(S) For The Legal Service Must Be Located Within The Metropolitan Region.
