This Service Includes The Execution Of Pruning, Cutting, Felling And Removal Of Plant Species Located In National Assets For Public Use Within The Commune Of Lampa, With The Purpose Of Maintaining Urban Trees In Safe, Healthy And Harmonious Conditions With The Environment. The Interventions Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Technical, Environmental And Safety Criteria, Under The Direct Supervision Of The Technical Service Inspection (Its), Guaranteeing Sustainable Management Of The Species And The Protection Of Pedestrians, Vehicles, Street Furniture And Service Networks. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Operational, Logistical, Management And Administrative Tasks Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Service, Including The Supply Of Tools, Machinery, Qualified Personnel, Signage, Transportation, Loading, Transfer And Collection Of Plant Waste In The Municipal Facilities Authorized By The Its, Final Cleaning Of The Intervened Area, Technical Reports And The Others Established In Point 3.1. And Following Of The Technical Specifications And Items Indicated. The Subsequent Treatment Of The Waste Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Specifications, Without Prejudice To The Fact That All Costs Of Operation, Transportation, Fuel, Tag, Gps And Cleaning Of The Area Are The Exclusive Responsibility Of The Contractor. In The Event Of An Emergency Or Weather Event Classified As A Catastrophe And Duly Informed By The Municipality, The Bidder Must Immediately And Continuously Have All The Necessary Equipment, Machinery And Personnel Available, Maintaining Permanent Operation As Long As Said Condition Extends, Without Time Limitations And At Its Sole Cost. Likewise, It Must Immediately Respond To Unforeseen Situations That Affect Public Roads Outside Of Normal Hours, Such As Falling Branches, Trees Or Other Landslides, Adopting The Necessary Measures To Safeguard The Safety And Continuity Of The Service. The Activation And Validity Of This Exceptional Condition Will Be Supported By The Information Issued By The Corresponding Official Media.
