In Order To Initially Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure And The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion From The Procedure, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors Own Declaration To Be Submitted Along With The Offer In The Form Of The Single European Procurement Document (Spd).
