This Order Concerns The Delivery Of: A) A Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle. The Offered Vehicle Must Comply With The Minimum Requirements Contained In This Specification, B) Trailers For Transporting Firefighting Equipment, Hereinafter Referred To As The Trailer, With Parameters Consistent With The Minimum Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Car Delivered Under This Order Must Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Unrefurbished, Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties Or Entities, And Come From The Manufacturers Legal Sales Channel. The Vehicle Chassis Must Have An Approval Certificate In Accordance With Separate National Regulations Relating To Road Traffic Law. Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations. The Manufacturer And The Car Must Have: A) Certificate Of Approval Issued By Cnbop-Pib Valid On The Day Of Handing Over The Vehicle; (B) Extract From The Chassis Type Approval Certificate; C) Current Permit Of The Manufacturer And Importer Of The Chassis For The Construction Of Bodies. 4. The Order Includes Sale, Delivery And Free Service, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions, Of The Car - Chassis And Bodywork - Within The Warranty And Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor.
