The Object Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Supplies, In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code, And The Secondary Object Is The Performance Of Services... Carried Out By Purchase... On The Basis Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Current Public Procurement Falls Under The Hypothesis Of Mixed Public Procurement, According To Art. 11, Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Zop, Including More Than One Object - Services And Supplies, But Is Awarded As A Service, As Prescribed By The Legislator In Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Law On Public Procurement. The Public Contract Is Enforceable Under The Conditions Described In The Conditions For Participation And Includes The Following Activities: • Comprehensive Diagnostics Of Motor Vehicles; •Performance Of Car Maintenance Services, Which Includes: Basic And Ongoing Repair Of The Cars Managed By Tp Dgs Burgas, Car Servicing In Full Volume And Frequency, According To The Manufacturers Prescriptions Of The Respective Brand Of Motor Vehicle, Prevention, Diagnostics, Tinning And Painting Activities; • Technical Service And Repair Of The Engine, Clutch, Gearbox, Handbrake, Cardan Transmission; • Maintenance And Repair Of The Front Axle, Steering, Rear Axle, Brake System, Suspension Of The Car; • Technical Service And Repair Of The Cars Electrical System, The Fuel System And The Air Conditioning System; • Technical Service And Repair Of The Vehicle Chassis And Adjustment Of The Front Axle; • Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts, Accessories, Auto Consumables And Lubricating Oils For Motor Vehicles At Prices According To The Price Offer Of The Contractor, Without A Surcharge, As The Delivered Spare Parts And Accessories Must Be Factory New And Original For The Respective Make And Model Of Motor Vehicle And Meet The Quality Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Repatriation (Transportation) Of The Contractors Damaged Motor Vehicle To The Service Base When The Damage Occurred Within The City Of Burgas Or Within A Radius Of Up To 20 Km From The Citys Administrative Borders. For Repatriation Outside This Scope, The Contractor Applies A Fixed Price Per Kilometer, Which Is Indicated In His Price Proposal. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Repatriation (Transportation) Of The Clients Broken-Down Motor Vehicle To The Service Base, When The Damage Occurred Within The City Of Burgas Or Within A Radius Of Up To 20 Km From The Administrative Boundaries Of The City. For Repatriation Outside This Scope, The Contractor Applies A Fixed Price Per Kilometer, Which Is Indicated In His Price Proposal.
