Exhibition, Fair And Congress Organization Services – Public Service Concession For The Design, Creation And Operation Of The Exhibition And Congress Center (Pec). The Procedure Is Conducted By A Group Of Granting Authorities Created In Application Of The Provisions Of Articles L. 3112-1 To L. 3112-4 Of The Public Procurement Code To Conduct The Procedure For Awarding The Concession Contract For The Design, Construction And Operation Of The Pec. It Is Made Up Of The Métropole Nice Côte Dazur (Mnca) - Coordinator Of The Group - And The Société Publique Locale (Spl) Côte Dazur Aménagement. The Contract Will Entrust The Concessionaire With The Responsibility Of Ensuring, At Its Own Risk, The Design, Construction And Operation Of The Future Exhibition And Congress Center.
