The Quantities Of Services Required To Be Provided Can Be Found In Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Specification. The Surfaces On Which The Green Space Development And Maintenance Services Will Be Provided On A Current And Repetitive Basis Are Indicated In Annexes No. 2A And 2B, An Integral Part Of This Specification. At The Express Request Of The Beneficiary, Services Can Also Be Provided On Other Areas Owned By Him, Which Are Not Explicitly Identified In Annexes 2A And 2B, These Being Exceptional Works, With A Low Degree Of Repetition, Arising As A Result Of Expropriation Processes, Investments Or Unforeseen Events. On The Surfaces Which, According To Appendices No. 2A And 2B, Are Owned By A Third-Party Economic Operator (E.G. Cfr Sa, Metrorex Sa, Etc.), Maintenance And/Or Development Works Will Be Carried Out Only At The Express Order Of Cnab Sa.
