Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services – Public Service Contract Relating To The Designation Of A Travel Agency For The Fps Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade And Development Cooperation. This Public Contract Concerns The Designation Of A Travel Agency Offering Services Relating To The Reservation And Issuance Of Transport Tickets For Travel Abroad. The Contract Relates To Trips Made Abroad: - By Staff Members Of The Fps Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade And Development Cooperation; - By The Minister Of Foreign Affairs And The Members Of His Strategic Unit; - By External People Who Carry Out Missions On Behalf Of The Fps Foreign Affairs. The Contract Includes Two Components: 1. Travel Agency Services Themselves: Support For People Who Reserve Transport Tickets Within The Fps Foreign Affairs, Itinerary Searches, Reservations And Issuance Of Transport Tickets, Assistance To Passengers And Additional Services (Luggage, Seating, Etc.); 2. The Provision Of An Electronic Platform Allowing The Consultation Of The Offer Of The Air Sector (Including Low Cost) And The Rail Sector (At International Level) By Members Of The Staff Of The Fps Foreign Affairs.
