The Subject Of The Order Includes Design, Authors Supervision, Execution Of Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, If Necessary For The Investment. In Particular, The Contractors Obligations Will Include: A) Preparing Design Documentation Together With The Necessary Arrangements And Deviations For The Buildings Covered By The Investment Task, B) Obtaining Starting Materials For Design, C) Obtaining The Employers Approval At The Stage Of Preparation Of The Construction Design, D) Performing Construction Demolitions, E) Performing Construction Works Necessary For The Renovation And Reconstruction Of Buildings, F) Construction Of Installations (Electrical, Including Photovoltaic, Low-Voltage And Sanitary) Necessary For The Functioning Of The Subject Of The Agreement, In Accordance With Its Intended Use, G) Delivery Of The Necessary, Complete Equipment Along With Assembly, H) Performing Authors Supervision, I) Ensuring Coordination Between All Industries Both At The Design And Construction Stages, J) Obtaining The Necessary Technical Conditions For Connection To Individual Networks And Incurring The Costs Of Arrangements And Connection Fees, K) Obtaining All Final Permits, Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law, Necessary For The Full Implementation Of The Agreement And Incurring The Costs Of Obtaining Them, L) Preparing On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Notice Of Completion Of Construction For Each Investment Task Separately And Obtaining The Final Decision(S) On The Use Permit, If Necessary, And Other Permits Required By Law, Necessary For The Construction Of The Facility And Its Use, M) Handing Over The Buildings To The Ordering Party For Use.
