The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Planning And Implementation Of Renovation Measures At The Existing High School And Auditorium (Component A) Of The Mitte School Center. The Measure Includes In Particular The Energy-Related Renovation Of The Building Envelope With Facade And Roof Renovation, The Upstream Concrete Renovation Of The Existing Structural Structures Including The Existing Concrete Chimney System And The Partial Conversion Of The Heat Supply. In This Context, The Integration Of A Heat Pump With An Output Of Approx. 400 Kw Is Planned, While An Existing Gas Boiler Continues To Be Operated To Cover Peak Loads. All Measures Are Carried Out Exclusively In The Existing Building And Must Be Planned Taking Into Account The Existing Structural And Technical Conditions As Well As Maintaining Operational Use During The Construction Work.
