Interior Plastering Work (Lot 1 = Construction Building / Lot 2 = Motor Vehicle Building) As Part Of The Construction Of A New Building On The Crafts Campus For The Brackwede Crafts Training Center, The Construction Department, The Automotive Department, The Painters And Varnishers Department, The Automotive Department Of The Chamber Of Crafts And For The Gütersloh-Bielefeld District Crafts Association In The Center Of Bielefeld. Immediately Next To The Handwerk 1 Campus, Which Was Built In 2015, Two New Buildings Will Complement The Campus Complex. The New Building On The Handwerk Campus Consists Of Two Buildings. Building 2 Houses 13 Construction Halls, 19 Theory Rooms And An Administration Area With 20 Office Rooms And A Cafeteria. The Administrative Areas Are Divided Into The Hbz Brackwede With 15 Offices And The Kh Gütersloh-Bielefeld With 5 Offices, As Well As Several Meeting Rooms For Both Areas. Building 3 Contains 7 Vehicle Halls With Two Theory Areas, An Electrical Laboratory And Associated Ancillary Rooms. Parallel To The Basement Level Of Building 2, An Additional Single-Storey Construction Warehouse Is Planned To The Northwest. In Order To Meet The High Parking Space Requirement On The Small Site Area, A Parking Deck Is Planned Adjacent To Building 3, Which Can Be Accessed From Both Site Levels.
