Tenders are invited for Supply of Fortified Wheat Flour 1. The State Trading Corporation (STC) hereby invites bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of Fortified Wheat Flour for the period covering 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Bidding Document. 2. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System (e-PS) by 08 July 2026 up to 14:00 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. 3. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time, shall decrypt and re-encrypt their Bids from 08 July 2026 at 15:01 hours (Mauritian Time) till 10 July 2026 at 15:00 hours (Mauritian Time) latest. 4. Bids will be opened on 10 July 2026 as from 15:01 hours (Mauritian Time) and the result of the bids will be available accordingly on the e-PS. 5. Interested Bidders should register by signing up on the e-PS of the Government of Mauritius on https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.orgin order to participate in the bidding exercise and download the bidding document. 6. The STC reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to the award of the Contract, without incurring any liability towards any Bidder.
