This Contract Is Broken Down Into Two Phases As Follows: - A Firm Phase Comprising The Following Phases: Phase 1: Summary Preliminary Design (Aps); Phase 2: Detailed Preliminary Project (Apd); Phase 3: Final Project (Pro). - An Optional Phase Comprising The Following Phases: Phase 4: Management Of The Execution Of Manufacturing, Integration And Installation Works (Exe-Det); Phase 5: Dismantling. The Firm Tranche Includes Clearly Identified Services, Carried Out On The Basis Of A Global, Fixed Price. The Optional Tranche Is Concluded At Mixed Prices Which Includes: - On The One Hand, Clearly Identified Services, Carried Out On The Basis Of A Global And Fixed Price; - On The Other Hand, Unit Services, Carried Out Gradually By Issuing Purchase Orders, Within The Following Financial Limits: Unit Services: Minimum Amount: Without Maximum Amount: 25,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
