The Supervisor Will Have The Responsibilities Provided For In The Contract, In H.G. No. 1/2018 For The Approval Of The General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds, In The M.D.R.T. Order. No. 1496/2011 For The Approval Of The Procedure For The Authorization Of Construction Site Conductors, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions And In Law No. 10/1995 Regarding Quality In Construction, Republished, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. Referred To The Provisions Of H.G. No. 1/2018, The Supervisor Has The Following Main Obligations: (A) Issues Administrative Orders To The Contractor, (B) Issues The Administrative Start Order, (C) Verifies, Accepts Or Rejects The Contractors Execution Program, Including The Physical Existence Of The Resources Necessary To Fulfill The Submitted Program, (D) Verifies The Pace Of Execution Of The Works, (E) Verifies Compliance With The Quality Of The Equipment And Materials And Their Commissioning Methods, (F) Rejects The Equipment, Materials Or Works That Prove Not To Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, (G) Participates In The Performance Of Tests And The Verification Of Works That Have Reached Decisive Stages, (B) Measures The Quantities Of Actual Works Executed And Evaluates Them In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, (I) Gives Its Consent To The Contractors Documents Or Rejects Them With Reasons, (J) Ensures The Correctness Of The Data And Details In The Site Journal, (K) Issues Changes In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, (I) Issues Payment Certificates In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, (M) Issues Decisions In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, (N) Analyzes The Claims Of The Contractor And The Beneficiary, (O) Assists The Beneficiary In The Procedure Of Reception At The Completion Of The Works And Final Reception, (P) Fulfills The Other Tasks Of The Supervisor Established By The Contract.
