The Subject Of The Procurement Are Regular Chemical-Analytical And Microbiological Examinations To Monitor The Operating Media Of Technical Systems At The Ihp - Leibniz Institute For Innovative Microelectronics. The Services Include In Particular The Analysis Of Water, Wastewater, Air, Compressed Air, Ultrapure Water And Process Water Systems As Well As Microbiological Examinations And Additional Measurement And Calibration Services. The Examinations Are Carried Out Regularly In Accordance With The Service List And Serve To Ensure Media Quality And Compliance With Legal And Official Requirements. The Service Period Is Four Years From The Conclusion Of The Contract.
