This Is An Advance Notice In Accordance With Section 61 Of The Procurement Act, With Which The Contracting Entity Can Shorten The Tender Period To At Least 15 Days In An Open Procedure And To At Least 10 Days In A Restricted Procedure And Negotiation Procedure. The Advance Notice Has Been Submitted For Publication At Least 35 Days And At Most 12 Months Before The Procurement Notice Is Sent. According To The Procurement Units Estimate, The Request For Tender Will Be Published In August 2026. Istekki Is Bidding For The Maintenance Service Of Voice And Customer Service Platforms. Voice And Customer Service Solutions Mainly Consist Of Products Offered By The Mitel Group, Including Several Switchboard And Contact Center Systems As Well As Other Solutions Related To Fixed Switchboard Services. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Find A Cost-Effective Supplier For Istek To Maintain, Expand And Develop The Existing Voice And Customer Service Systems. The Supplier Is A Certified Partner Of Mitel Products, Which Will Actively Participate In The Further Development Of Systems And Functions And In Supporting Isteks Service Production. In The Future, The Development Of Systems Will Increasingly Be Based On Artificial Intelligence Solutions And Various Integrations With Third-Party Systems, So The Supplier Must Have A Broad Vision And Experience In Customer Service Solution Packages. In Addition, The Supplier Regularly Updates Roadmaps Related To The Systems And Proactively Informs, For Example, About Future Update Needs. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Maintenance Service Of Voice And Customer Service Platforms, Which Includes The Following Areas: • System Expansions And Acquisition Of New Licenses • Necessary Software And Information Security Updates • Monitoring • System Maintenance Service (Defect Repair, Software Repair) • Problem Management • Customer Service Channel For The Device Manufacturer • Support (For The Customers Experts) • Delivery Projects (Including E.G. Integrations, Migrations, Conversions) • To Be Ordered Separately Expert Services (Daily Work, Development Work) • Further Development During The Contract Period • Trainings For The Customers Experts Through The Procurement Contract Concluded Through Competitive Bidding, The Customer Has The Opportunity To Acquire In The Future Also All New Features Resulting From The System Suppliers Product Development And Additional Parts Compatible With The Systems.
