Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Maintenance Contract For Green Areas Of Sogimas Heritage, Including Pruning, Felling, Various Logging Work, Integrated Watering And Planting, Including Services On Purchase Orders.. The Main Purpose Of This Contract Is The Maintenance Of Green Spaces In Outdoor Common Areas Of Sogimas Heritage (Residential And Tertiary). It Concerns Nearly 60 Sites Of Various Types And Surface Areas, The List Of Which Is Provided In Appendix 1 Of The Cctp. This Contract Is Single-Awarded.  The Expected Services Are Broken Down Into 2 Categories: 1/ Recurring Services (Fundamental Fees): They Concern Real Estate Groups On Which Interventions Are Necessary Continuously Over Time And In Frequency. These Are The Following Services:  Maintenance Of Green Spaces,  Maintenance Of The Automatic Watering Network And Miscellaneous,  Weeding,  Classic Pruning Of Plants,  Watering Of Green Spaces And Plants, Shrubs And Trees,  Annual Audit For Legal Clearance Obligations (For The Sites Concerned). Recurring Fixed-Rate Services Will Be Carried Out According To The Minimum Frequencies Set In Appendices N°3-1 And 3-2 Of The Cctp (Minimum Asset Maintenance Schedule). 2/ One-Off Services (On Order Form): These Concern Services With Discontinuous Frequency, For Which The Intervention Is Imperatively Fixed By The Issuance Of An Order Form. They Mainly Concern:  Pruning,  Logging Work,  Additional Watering Of Real Estate Groups,  Planting,  Creation Of Watering Networks. One-Off Services Are Carried Out Exclusively Within The Time Frame And Quantities Set By The Purchase Order, And Invoiced According To The Unit Prices In The Price Schedule. The Detailed Content Of The Services As Well As The Specific Technical Conditions For Their Execution Are Specified In The Special Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P.) And Its Annexes. // The Market Is Set: - At Fixed Prices, For Recurring Services, According To The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price Transmitted In The Appendix To The Act Of Commitment; - At Unit Prices, For One-Off Services, According To The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu).
