The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Opatów Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of The Entire Mass Of Municipal Waste Generated, Both Mixed And Collected Selectively, Generated And Collected From Residential Properties Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Opatów Commune, Regardless Of Weather Conditions, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of: 1) The Act On Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), And Implementing Regulations, 2) Resolution No. Vii/6/8/2024 Of The Silesian Voivodeship Assembly Of October 21, 2024, On The Adoption Of The Waste Management Plan For The Silesian Voivodeship For The Years 2023-2028 3) Resolution No. 154/Xxvi/2021 Of The Opatów Commune Council Of March 30, 2021 On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Opatów Commune, As Amended, 4) Resolution No. 129/Xxiii/2020 Of December 9, 2020 Of The Opatów Commune Council On The Determination Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners In The Opatów Commune And Managing This Waste In Exchange For A Municipal Waste Management Fee Paid By The Property Owner, As Amended. The Service Involves The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected On All Properties Inhabited By Residents Located In The Opatów Commune. The Number Of Residential Properties From Which Municipal Waste Should Be Collected Is At Least 1,770. The Commune Includes The Following Towns: Opatów, Iwanowice Duże, Iwanowice Małe, Iwanowice-Naboków, Wilkowiecko, Waleńczów, Złochowice, Zwierzyniec Dzień, Zwierzyniec Drugi. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip Residential Properties With Containers For Collecting Mixed, Separately Collected Waste (Plastics And Metal), Glass Containers And Bags For Separately Collected Waste (Paper And Bio-Waste), As Well As Equipping The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point With Appropriate Containers And Containers For Collecting Waste. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect All Waste From: A) Residential Properties, B) Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
