The Market Entrusts All Services To A Single Service Provider: Physical Transport (Vehicles + Drivers), Digital Reservation Platform, Dynamic Optimization Of Journeys And Telephone Center 7 Days A Week. The Fleet Must Be Made Up Of At Least 50% Electric Vehicles, With Passenger Cars (3 Seats) And Minibuses In Areas Of High Demand.
