The Framework Agreement Type Contract With Purchase Orders Is A Public Contract For Services Falling Within The Category Of Social Services And Other Specific Services, In Application Of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code.
