The Delivery Also Includes The Delivery Of Related Documentation Enabling Proper Identification Of Individual Items By The Client And Proper Use Of The Subject Of Performance By The Client. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is Specified In More Detail In The Binding Draft Of The Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement). The Contracting Authority Draws The Suppliers Attention To The Fact That The Procurement Documentation Is A Summary Of The Clients Requirements And Not A Final Summary Of All Requirements Resulting From Generally Applicable Standards. Thus, The Supplier Must Always Comply Not Only With The Requirements Contained In The Tender Documentation, But Also With The Provisions Of The Relevant Laws, Decrees And Other Binding Standards When Processing His Offer.
