Landscaping Work – Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Objective Regeneration And Revitalization Of Chindia Park, Including The Modernization Of The Zoo In Order To Improve The Green-Blue Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Târgoviște – Smis 335733- Pmt-2026-P-024, Unique Procedure Identification Code: 4279944–2026-9.1. The Main Proposed Works Are: Objective 1 – The Lookout Area Is Located On The North-Eastern Side Of The Park And Is Directly Connected To The Chindia Lake Shore. This Is Formed By The Inflection Of The Main Alley That Advances Towards The Lake Keeping Its Limestone Elevation At 280.30M Resulting In A Belvedere Point Raised By 1.60M Compared To The Water Level. The Belvedere Area, An Alley With Cubic Ranit Stone, Is Equipped With A Handrail Made Of Wood. Objective 2 – The Lake Development Is Located On The North-Eastern Side Of The Park And Is Directly Connected To The Chindia Lake Shore. The Arrangement Consists In Lowering A Platform From The Elevation Of 280.30M To The Elevation Of 279.30M, Resulting In A Limestone Elevation Only 0.60M From The Water Level. Objective 3 – The Jetty Is Located On The South Side Of Chindia Lake And Follows The Existing Contour Of The Lake. The Layout Consists Of A Generous Platform With A Ramp, Stairs And Planted Steps That Create A Smooth And Harmonious Descent To The Level Of The Lake. The Ramp And Stairs Are Conformed For The Comfort Of Pedestrians And Are Provided With Full Handrails, Metal Handrail With Wooden Handrail. The Wharf Area, Laid Out With Granite Cubic Stone Ramps, Granite Cubic Stone Walkways And Deck Platform. Personal Cabin - It Is Part Of The Wharf Complex And Is Located In Its Northern Area. Objective 4 – The Pedestrian Bridge Is Located Transversely Across The Central Area Of Chindia Lake, Being Accessible From Objective 5 – Lakeside Development. The Bridge Outlines A Dynamic Route That Extends The Crossing Distance And Offers Diverse Perspectives On The Lake. In The Middle Area, The Bridge Has A Flared Platform In A Semicircular Shape Where A Wooden Pavilion Is Set Up With The Role Of Vertical Accent And Resting Point. In The Access Area From Objective 2 – Lakeside Landscaping, The Bridge Is Raised To Allow It To Be Crossed By Boat. The Maximum Free Height Of The Undercrossing Is 2.00M From The Water Level To The Lower Part Of The Bridge. The Pedestrian Bridge Is Equipped With A Handrail Made Of Wood, With A Floor Made Of Deck Stairs, Steps And Counter-Steps Finished With Granite Slabs And A Deck Platform. The Resistance Structure Of The Pedestrian Bridge Consists Of Reinforced Concrete Columns And Beams, Stiffened With A Reinforced Concrete Floor. The Arrangement At The End Of The Pedestrian Axis Is Provided With A Handrail Made Of Wood. The Area Will Be Equipped With Urban Furniture: Backless Concrete Chairs And Trash Cans And Lampposts. Objective 6 – Pedestrian Axis The Pedestrian Axis Is Located In The Central-Eastern Area Of The Park And Refers To The Cartesian Arrangement Of A System Of Alleys And Planted Areas With The Perspective Directed Towards Lake Chindia. Objective 7 – Rosary The Rosary Is Located On The Southeast Side Of The Park. This Is An Arrangement Of Green Spaces And Alleys That Value Various Species Of Flowers. Objective 8 – Place D
