Refuse Disposal And Treatment - Providing A Service Consisting In Emptying Municipal Waste Bins On Roads Managed By The Wola District And Delivering Bins - Procedure Number: 39/Zp/26.. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Emptying Street Bins Placed On Municipal Streets And Internal Roads In The Capital City Of Warsaw Managed By The Wola District And The Delivery Of Street Bins. 2) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Empty Unsegregated Waste Bins Placed On Municipal Streets And Internal Roads In The Capital City Of Warsaw Managed By The Wola District, At Least 5 Times A Week, In Accordance With The Schedule, Which Will Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template. Pursuant To § 5 Section 1 Of The Contract Template, The Schedule Will Be Provided To The Contractor Within Three Business Days Before The Start Date Of The Service. 3) The Ordering Party Requires That Each Emptying Of Street Bins Be Completed By 9:00. 4) As Part Of The Waste Bin Emptying Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up Waste Located Within 3 Meters Of The Bin. 5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work As Well As The Method And Requirements For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) A Template Of The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, B) A Template Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Together With The Attachments: - Annex No. 3 - Technical Parameters Of The Baskets, - Annex No. 4 - List Of Arrangement Of Baskets. 6) The Order Will Be Completed For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than October 1, 2026 And No Longer Than Until The Amount Referred To In § 3 Section Is Exhausted. 2 Of The Contract Template.
