Supervision Of Building Work – Reconstruction Of The Clergeon College In Rumilly - Scheduling, Steering And Coordination (Opc) Mission. The Project Consists Of The Construction Of A New College With A Capacity Of 26 Divisions Including A Ulis Section And A Segpa Of 4 Divisions, Integrating The Spaces Devoted To Teaching And Administration Of The Establishment, As Well As All The Associated Equipment And Facilities Necessary For Its Operation, Including Interior And Exterior Signage. The Construction Of 7 Staff Accommodations, A Half-Board With Production Kitchen, A Sports Hall With An Artificial Climbing Structure (Regional Level) And Two Multi-Activity Rooms Is Integrated Into The Project. The Provisional Estimated Cost Of The Work Is 31,150,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Duration Of The Work Is Estimated At 104 Weeks (Not Including The 9-Week Preparation Period). The Opc Mission Covers 5 Phases: - Phase N°1: Handling Of The File - Phase N°2: Preparation Of The Business Consultation File - Phase N°3: Site Preparation - Phase N°4: Site Monitoring - Phase N°5: Reception, Lifting Of Reservations And Guarantee Of Perfect Completion
