Consulting Services For Water-Supply And Waste-Water Other Than For Construction – Creation Of The Collective Sanitation Master Plan. The Purpose Of This Intellectual Services Contract Is To Exclusively Carry Out The Study Of The Sanitation Master Plan On The Territory Of The Union. This Study Also Includes The Provision Of The Following Services, Complementary To The Master Plan: 1) Collective Sanitation Zoning Determining The Collective Sanitation Zones For Which The Project Owner Is Required To Ensure The Collection Of Domestic Wastewater, The Purification And Discharge Of All Water Collected In Accordance With Article L. 2224-10 Of The Cgct; 2) The Detailed Description Of The Wastewater Collection And Transport Works, Including The Plan And Inventory Of The Networks In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 161 Of The Grenelle 2 Law (Codified In Articles L.2224-8 Of The Cgct And L.213-10-9 Of The Environmental Code) And Of Application Decree N°2012-97 Of January 27, 2012 (Codified In Articles D.213-48-14-1, D.213-74-1 And D.213-75 Of The Environmental Code And D.2224-5-1 Of The Cgct).
